example vmod - hello world!

This is the traditional Hello, World! implemented as a vmod. It shows the basics for building a vmod out-of-tree, with support for functional unit testing and documentation. It is meant as a starting point to kick-start your own modules, providing the basics to get the building working. It's function is rather trivial but it still demonstrates how easy it is to write a module.
