Varnish CPU Usage

Hi Andrei,

If i disable the Varnish, everything returns to normal. I use MPM as a
Prefork. Do i need to use Worker MPM for Varnish?
When i check the httpd-status, i see a strong relation between high CPU
usage and AJAX based codes.
