 Google has created an alternative to GZIP compression called SDCH. This is
 a feature request to support Varnish using this format as a GZIP
 alternative. Varnish would have to periodically build a dictionary for the
 content it has in the cache. I think this could result in a significant
 reduction in the data sent to clients. Thanks!
