 After installing the new 2.0.5 version ESI processing breaks in many
 cases. It does not always fail but when failing strange requests like
 these arrive at the backend lighttpd server:

 "GET /esi/extra/eventlocation/telefunken-
 hochhaus'''\t'''/esi/teaser/toplocations" HTTP/1.1" 400
 "GET /esi/extra/eventlocation/telefunken-
 hochhaus'''n'''/esi/teaser/toplocations HTTP/1.1" 404

 These are 2 esi urls combined into one, separated with a tab or "n"!?
 These 2 urls are two esi includes in one html page.
