 struct acct ("Total ...") requests are counted improperly in varnishd
 (visible in the CLI and in varnishstat), for example:

 - 700 client_req / s

 - 8 s_req / s

 - 30 backend_req / s

 - 1 s_fetch / s

 etc., in varnishd 2.0.5 on Linux (amd64). It did not occur with 2.0.4. The
 libraries match varnishd, there are no leftovers from a previous
 installation.
 It happens with a vanilla 2.0.5 compiled from the tarball and with ssm's
 official Debian binary package.
