Comment:

 in conjunction with http://varnish.projects.linpro.no/ticket/411
 this will let us set req.url for redirect right in vcl_deliver (just
 before restart).

 Then it may be useful.

 After all, there's no reason trying to protect config writer of design
 mistakes - if bad design is currently the only available option then it's
 better than having no feature at all.
