 There seems to be two problems with varnish.postinst

 1. '/etc/init.d/varnish start' is called twice. dh_installinit is called
 in rules-script, but its result already exists in .postinst. Might have
 been introduced with the tag '#DEBHELPER#'?

 2. Default path to varnish_storage.bin is not created at installation,
 hence varnish.postinst will fail, and debian package will remain in a
 half-configured state.
