Porting Varnish to NetBSD

To the best of our knowledge, Varnish should build and run on NetBSD, but may not perform as well as on FreeBSD and Linux. Since NetBSD's kqueue implementation lacks functionality required by Varnish, and NetBSD does not have epoll(), it will fall back on poll().
