Is anyone using ESI with a lot of traffic?

It would be great to know those parameters and why ?

We're using ESI on search.twitter.com under fairly high load.  ESI
works well, and we use it to defeat the cache-busting parameters that
jQuery requests send our way.

I don't have much time to assist you, but I could certainly post some
of our startup parameters (which took a fair amount of time to figure
out) and give you reasons why we made the decisions we did.
